Schraer was able to get out the same day when our air went out (on a real humid day). Chris Payne was our technician, and he was super helpful – very informative and thorough. Plus he was funny, so that was a nice little bonus. Service was fast and the pricing felt very reasonable. Definitely using them again, when needed.

I really appreciated the patience and professionalism of Cole during our HVAC service call. Cole took the time to explain the issue and my repair options multiple times without ever making me feel rushed or embarrassed for asking questions. Since I wasn't fully understanding the problem, I even had to call a friend and my husband for advice, and he patiently answered everyone's questions and made sure I understood my choices before making a decision. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire process.
