Schraer had a crew install a whole new system AC Furnace and HeatPump into my house. The crew was fantastic. They did their job professionally and even installed two long runs of electrical wiring and they did a great job. I was very pleased with the job they did. The only issue I had was with setting up the date and time the crew would come to do the job. I took a vacation day to meet them on the day we agreed they would start. And they didn't show up. They did however show up on the next day. Overall I was very pleased with this company and the work they did.
My Technician was Chris. He was awesome. He was friendly, prompt and smiled even though it was 2 degrees outside. Awesome experience
Cole and Dan came to work on a problem that I have had on my heat pump for a while now. The heat pump was going straight to backup even in warm weather. The guys quickly ascertained that it was a problem with the settings and made the adjustments and the system is working correctly now. They were both exceptionally professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks.
Chris came to our house to adjust the settings for our heat pump. It was a bitter cold day and the backup furnace was not coming on. He was very friendly and extremely courteous. He had the problem solved in short order.
Chris was very knowledgeable and got our unit back up in running quickly. Will be calling again when our unit fails us.

I called them on Saturday and they were here Monday evening and checked everything out to make sure all was good our service technician was Chris Payne he was super nice and friendly and went over everything that he did I will definitely ask for him to come out when needed.thank you
Cole was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend him for HVAC service! We will need to replace our system so the price paid for this visit isn't reflective of what is yet to come, but he showed me exactly where the issues are and this reinforces my positive image of Schraer as a company of integrity and excellent customer service!
