The Schraer team is great! Chris, our tech, was professional and helpful. He explained everything he saw and answered lots of questions. Jake and Derek were also very helpful setting this up. Great company!
I called about my AC not working at 7:30am and it was fixed by 1:30pm the same day. The service technician was thorough, polite and professional.

The service guy was great and straight to the point. He listened to what I said about what changed and when it was working and when it was not. It gave him the ability to eliminate what the issue was. At the end he went over a yearly maintenance program that would help me have peace of mind with the entire system not just the A/C
