I highly recommend using Schraer. We had a maintenance checkup for our heat pump air conditioner. Cole W. Was fantastic. Since there was still snow on the ground he put on protective covers over his shoes to make sure he didn't leave a mess. He made some very good recommendations for our system to make sure it performed like it was intended. The professionalism that he exhibited was a reminder that he truly cares about his job.
Chris and Dan delivered as promised. HVAC running quieter and performing great after installing new compressor and water pump.
Excellent service, from the initial quote through the final installation. Prices were competitive, warranty is unmatched (hopefully we won't need to use it though) and quality was great. Looking forward to a long-term relationship with Schraer and their employees.

Furnace stopped heating and I called Schraer heating and cooling in Warrenton. They were able to get a tech scheduled to come out the next day jn the morning when I was available. Cole arrived and was able to quickly diagnose my unit and give me a accurate picture of the costs to repair it as well as give me a clear picture of where the unit was in it's operational lifespan.
