We had such a great experience. We had gotten a quote from another company for a new A/C system and I asked last minute if they could come out same day to give me a quote and they were able to fit me in. They came in with a better deal and a better warranty than the other guys. The service techs came the next day and did the install and they were so polite and helpful in explaining things to us and were very quick!
I've had great experiences with Schraer. When things don't go as planned (a ridiculous amount of warranty work; manufacturer issue, not Schraer.) But they've gone over and above to make everything right.
Every service tech is great, especially Ben who was here today.
Arrived 2 hours early (they called first), was super polite and professional with my questions, and (my favorite part) he helped me put my shelf back up!!
That's the kind of customer service you just don't get much anymore.

Chris & Erin were the 1st point of communications. Chris was so helpful with answering questions & explaining options while Erin was the familiar voice on the phone. She's was definitely steady when I called panicking over a broken AC unit.
Nate B. and Luke came for the install today and I was completely confident in leaving them alone to their job. I just knew I'd come home happy and I sure did. They went above and beyond down to the last details with the little note of gratitude. Thanks to them I'm comfortable again and very confident in my systems.
The people at Schraer are great to work with. Jacob is an outstanding technician.
We had Luke and Nate, and they did great installing our new units! Clean and fast work and picked up after themselves nicely.
Chris Payne was the tech who did my repair. He was friendly, efficient, respectful of property, and I would be happy to have him do any further maintenance!
Highly recommended. We had an entire new system installed and the whole process took about 36 hours from selecting the preferred system to installation. Price was very reasonable based on what I expected going in, especially considering how professional and efficient everything was handled. Very impressed with their service.
My water heater stopped working. Luke & Dan at Schraer came out & installed my new water heater with all new pipes & everything. It looks great & works great. Everything from the people to the product is very professional. Very happy with my service! Thank you Schraer!
