A huge Thank You to Schraer !! Our 1 year old AC stopped blowing cool air early this afternoon … we called the emergency number & got a call back within the hour & a tech was at our home right away…he worked diligently to uncover a bad conductor & some faulty wiring…although, he was soaking wet with sweat-he got us up & running with cool air once again .. the temp inside our home had gotten up to 90 degrees !! THANK YOU !!
Tim from Schraer came out and installed rigid ductwork under my cabin crawl space. He did in about 2 and 1/2 hours what would have taken me the weekend to complete and it looks amazing, to boot. Super nice guy. Did a great job. Highly recommend these guys.
The ancient air conditioner in my home went rogue over the weekend during a hot summer. I sought recommendations from neighbors and started making calls Monday morning. Three companies had answering machines "responding" to calls and I left messages. Schraer Heating & Cooling had a polite and helpful PERSON who answered on the second ring. She kindly told me a service person could be at my address at 3 pm. The technician arrived at 2:45 pm and quickly checked the equipment inside then assessed my outdoor unit. Congenial and professional, he diagnosed a capacitor malfunction, went to their shop to secure the necessary parts and post haste had my unit up and running. (NONE of the companies where I left messages ever did so much as return my call!) The total time from arrival to departure was just under an hour at a very reasonable cost. I was impressed by the professionalism, congeniality and efficiency of the staff at Schraer from the initial call to completion of the repair. Not only do I recommend them highly, you can probably guess who will be replacing the unit for me next Spring! Don't bother leaving messages for others when you need A/C or heating service, call Schraer Heating and Cooling first for personal and personable prompt service...they get the need attended to and the job done!
Schraer Heating & Air Conditioning came through for me; installers stayed with it, a very long and hot hot hot day, until the problem was solved and I had air conditioning again. Thanks Schraer! Recomend!
