Chris was attentive , informative , intelligent, and possessed a kindness that anyone would appreciate for a service man . He heroically saved the day and had our air conditioning working within 20 minutes of arriving . Especially in today's world, his level of service and professionalism was legendary . We could not be more appreciative of his thoroughness, empathy, and attention to detail. Thank you so much to Schraer ,and Chris ,and we look forward to having you install our next system. Chris is most assuredly an asset and we would recommend him to anyone in need of hvac repair or maintenance.

Chris, Alan, Alex and Damon did an all-star job for us. From Chris' inspection of our existing unit, choices and info about a new unit by Alan, and install of a whole new system for us by Damon and Alex. We couldn't be happier with our service from start to finish. Would recommend to everyone!

Allen helped us out in the middle of a crisis (AC going out amidst a heat wave). Informative and job was complete the next morning. Kudos to Dave and Cole on the install as well. In addition to the furnace and air conditioner install, they replaced the flex drain line from our humidifier and explained everything professionally.
Nathan and Nathan were both professional, knowledgeable and I couldn't be happier with the customer service they both provided. They made the installation of my heating and cooling system seamless. Thank you so much!
Chris Payne was my service technician and he did a ECM Motor replacement for my house. He was professional, personable, and very easy to work with. I would recommend anyone to go back to Schraer and ask for him!
