Chris was fantastic! He took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong, answered all of our questions, and had our system up and running again quickly. Great service and very knowledgeable technician! Highly recommended!!
Had two guys out today to install a new furnace. Sorry, can't remember the names, They did an excellent job, moved a washer & dryer for me out of the way, cleaned up when they were finished and ask me to check out the work and if it was to our expectations. 5 Stars for them. I'll use nobody but Schraer for HVAC needs.
Chris was very knowledgeable and made sure to answer all of our questions. He definitely allowed me to understand how our geo thermal system worked and where we could increase efficiency.

My furnace wasn't working the other day when kt was super cold and Chris came in and got it up and running and was very pleasant
Our heat wasn't working, so we called and Chris came out to look at it. After he checked out the furnace and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very friendly and polite.
Cole was knowledgeable, friendly, and took care to protect our floors. We're very happy with the Lennox heat pump (propane aux heat). Schraer installed four years ago. Saving a ton on energy over our old system.
