Excellent service, from the initial quote through the final installation. Prices were competitive, warranty is unmatched (hopefully we won't need to use it though) and quality was great. Looking forward to a long-term relationship with Schraer and their employees.

Furnace stopped heating and I called Schraer heating and cooling in Warrenton. They were able to get a tech scheduled to come out the next day jn the morning when I was available. Cole arrived and was able to quickly diagnose my unit and give me a accurate picture of the costs to repair it as well as give me a clear picture of where the unit was in it's operational lifespan.

Schraer had a crew install a whole new system AC Furnace and HeatPump into my house. The crew was fantastic. They did their job professionally and even installed two long runs of electrical wiring and they did a great job. I was very pleased with the job they did. The only issue I had was with setting up the date and time the crew would come to do the job. I took a vacation day to meet them on the day we agreed they would start. And they didn't show up. They did however show up on the next day. Overall I was very pleased with this company and the work they did.
My Technician was Chris. He was awesome. He was friendly, prompt and smiled even though it was 2 degrees outside. Awesome experience
Cole and Dan came to work on a problem that I have had on my heat pump for a while now. The heat pump was going straight to backup even in warm weather. The guys quickly ascertained that it was a problem with the settings and made the adjustments and the system is working correctly now. They were both exceptionally professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks.
Chris came to our house to adjust the settings for our heat pump. It was a bitter cold day and the backup furnace was not coming on. He was very friendly and extremely courteous. He had the problem solved in short order.
