Technician was very thorough in investigating possible causes of my AC concern. To my delight, no problems were found.
Had our central air go out so we called Schraer, we were provided prompt service as usual. The AC was repaired quickly.

They make every effort to get us taken care of in a timely fashion, their techs are well-trained, polite and call before their arrival. This summer alone we've had both Chris and Dominic work on two different units and they've done great! I couldn't be happier, I'm so glad they're a local company and we're able to use them.
