Chris was great to work with. He let me when he would be arriving and after a thorough review of my furnace he was able to identify the issue and make the needed repairs. He was friendly and took the time to show me via pictures and video what the issue was. I wholeheartedly recommend Schraer Heating and Cooling and my new best friend Chris Payne for all of your HVAC needs!

I can't say enough positive things about the genuine Integrity, Customer Service and Professionalism of Schraer Heating and Air Conditioning! They went above and beyond installing a new furnace in my home I share with my daughter, that hasn't had a working furnace for over 7 years! Every winter we made due with space heaters and prayed our older home and its electrical systems would work. Keeping at least our bathroom, bedrooms warm and the kitchen/living room tolerable at 60 degrees always wearing slippers a s we have hard wood floors. Jake, upon coming to my home,immediately said "My guys will be here on Thursday to install a new gas heater that he had in the shop", just in time for Thanksgiving. I couldn't believe it! Then he casually said goodbye and I fell to my knees thanking God! "Good people, Good People" my Dad would say. Those few words say it all for Schraer! Thank you!!!!
Chris, Alex, Nathan and Nate all were great. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the issues, recommended solutions that brought everything up to code, and had the job completed in the same day! They all took great pride in their work. Schraer has been doing all our HVAC/thermostats/water heaters for years and we are never disappointed. Would highly recommend!

I was concerned about a noise my unit was making so I called and they came out the same day to check it out. The cost was reasonable and the service was great.
Schraer Tech: Alex has come out a few times now, and every visit has been consistently excellent. He's always thorough in his work, courteous in how he communicates, and genuinely helpful in making sure everything is understood. You can tell he takes pride in doing the job right and ensuring the system is running the way it should. Definitely a solid technician you can count on to get your HVAC back up and running smoothly.
