Very happy Scharer and the great heating /air conditioning they installed . Technicians Luke and Damon were professional, informative, polite , tidy and conscientious hard workers . Throughly explained all they did making sure we knew and understood all we needed know . Will definitely refer Scharer to others i know .
I couldn't be happier. Dom came out promptly to try to fix my 25 year old unit. It was too far gone. Rick came out the next morning and had a quote for a new unit by mid morning. Chris, Dan, and Al were out to install the new unit. Everyone was polite and thoughtful. The installers were very knowledgeable and thorough. The only way to know they were here is....I have a new unit!
Cole was very pleasant, quick and professional. He offered great advice without overly pushy. He's a great technician.
Schraer did a fantastic job of explaining the options, giving us warranty information, and finally, the installation. We are 100% satisfied. We love our new AC unit! It responds instantly, and our home is cooler than it's ever been! Our smart thermostat is easy to use and we can raise or lower temperatures from just about anywhere. I absolutely recommend using them.

Very knowledgeable technician
The app to set appointments didnt not work correctly, was booked for same day 8-12 but then office call back and appointment was not set yet said it would be later in afternoon 2-4 was earliest, so went with that. Was called again and do to cancelation got earlier service. On a day that supposed to be 120 with heat index. Chris Kline(i think was last name) called on way, was professional, prompt, and very informative. Checked whole service resolved issue and had us back cooling in less than 1hr and before 12 like original appointment I set ...Lol..He did a great job and saved the day!

Luke and Nate, the guys that came in to replace our air-conditioning unit were fantastic!!! They were neat and put down drop cloths and cleaned up before they left. I definitely would hire them again. Air conditioning unit replaced.
