Luke and Nathan B did a great job installing our new HVAC system. They were knowledgeable and polite. They cleaned everything once they were done. They showed and explained the system to us. Helped us load the app on our phone to control remotely. I would recommend them.
Everything about contacting, bidding, contract agreement and installation was all wrapped up on a Friday installation on the Monday! Very satisfied!

We are very thankful we chose Schraer for our new heat/ac install. Alex and Nathan did a fantastic job with the installation of our new system. Those guys work fast, are very polite and they took great care explaining everything to us. We love how quickly the heater worked when it got cold recently. Yay! Schraer has a great team. Keith always texted or called to make sure all our questions were answered and responded to calls & texts right away. Luke and Damon installed my new system with efficiency and speed. They stopped what they were doing to answer any questions I had and explained to me what I needed to know about my new system. Stayed there until they were sure everything was working as it should and then fixed an issue I didn't know that I had with the venting on my water heater, that I didn't know about. This has been a great first experience with this company for me, and I will definitely be using them for anymore service on my hvac system.
Repeat customer here, because every time we've called this company they've been great. They explained everything well, no pressure from sales, just helpful, clear information to make our decision and fair prices. This time Nate and Damon installed a completely new furnace and AC system and we're very happy with everything. They were even nice to my nosy cat.
