Schraer's 3 Mustache Pledge in Action!
Schraer Heating and Cooling deserves every bit of praise I can give! I called them about a worrisome noise coming from my system — one that I could only describe through a few rather vague and comical sound effects. Despite my less-than-technical explanation, their technician quickly understood exactly what I meant, found the issue, and had it fixed in no time.
Their professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to solve the problem so efficiently (and with good humor!) made the whole experience stress-free. I'm so grateful for their excellent service and expertise. Highly recommend Schraer Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and friendly professionals!
I will definitely keep my maintenance agreement with them to keep we warm this winter and cool in the upcoming summer months
What a great team! They went above and beyond my expectations when installing my new HVAC system by fixing my return air in the basement/put the correct size pipe on my hot water heater, and added a vent that I needed. They walked me through all the ins and outs before they left. My system looks great! God Bless!!
We are very pleased with Schraer, they offered us the best deal, much lower than any other company, $4,300 for the replacement of our furnace only (no AC) with a 12 years warranty on both parts and labor.
They were able to come install it the day after we signed up. Their salesman Kyle was very knowledgeable and explained to us openely the pros and the cons of changing the furnace only and not the entire system. He was also very aware of the cost for us, and didn't pressure us to purchase the entire system. Their technician Dan was super nice and very efficient when it came to install the furnace. Showed up on time, left the place clean. We had a good experience and will recommend them around.
I was pleased with Chris, and the 2 installers' work in my home. They were thorough, considerate & patient, and did a great job!

Great communication through out this improvement.Dave, Luke, Dan and Nathan were amazing their coordinating skills were wonderful ( Team work at its best) friendly people, answering all questions i had. Walking me through what maintenance i need to do to furnace and air conditioner, they made sure I was informed on all the work they did. Schraer and their team is an A plus company.. Thank you

All the people involved in diagnosing our old heater's demise with internal pictures etc were so kind and professional, and helpful in meeting our needs choosing a new heater. Then today Damon and Nathan installed our new heater. they did an excellent job and left the area very neat and clean. We are so glad we called Shraer Heating and Air Coditioning. Also people, what a special thank you you all presented to us, how very nice! we are touched!
