Daniel did a very good job for us, hard worker and very knowledgable and explained what was needed to be done. Our system was in bad shape, he showed me so I knew exactly what he was talking about.

I called Sunday afternoon. And texted twice to give info. Lennox furnace. And problem. They called me very early Monday morning. Yaaaaa. The office apologized but they couldn't come until 2-4! I was so relieved!!! Thought it would be days!!
Roy came checked it over and yes it had an issue. Was only working partially!! Element I think he said!!! So it would have run forever and not keep up with temperature drop!!
He explained everything he was going to do and then what he did. Did not take long.
And it was still under warranty. And no they did not put it in. Was installed by builder
2 1/2 years ago.

Awesome company! Our store lost heat, and they worked with us to provide options to get us warm again until the parts arrived. Everyone I talked to was super friendly and took time to work with me to find solutions, and not give me a take it or leave it kinda attitude like some do.
The only thing I didnt like was the company didnt have a paper receipt to give me for my payment
Our furnace started acting up and not working. When we called to schedule a day/time for someone to come out, they were able to have someone there the same day. We were very happy with our service and our technician, Bill. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. Thank you Schroer Heating and Air Conditioning and thank you Bill!
They sell quality products and provide great service. Their follow up service has always met my expectations.
