The technician arrived early, listened to he details of my problem and promptly went to work repairing the equipment failure. Excellent service.
Greg fixed the problem and carried the part on his truck, which I always appreciate because it saves an extra trip. He was a few hours late, but I realized that previous jobs could take longer than expected. Would recommend.

My AC unit was 15 years old and due for a replacement. Working with Schraer was an easy process and they dispatched a representative within 24 hours of my inquiry. The inspector/ sales rep was very professional and helped me find the best unit for my house and budget. Both of the techs installed the new unit and it works beautifully. They went over any questions or concerns I had and were easy to work with. I would do business with them again and recommend them for their timeliness, professional and attentiveness.
Schraer installed my systems 26 years ago and are the only ones who have done maintenance or repairs on them. Appointments are easy to schedule and they always show up on time and completely explain what they have done.
The installers where excellent. Cleaned up the mess from the older furnance, condenser. Wonderful craftsmanship. Will recommend to anyone who needs there air-conditioning serviced or replaced. Pretty affordable as well.
We just made an agreement and paid for a new Heating and air conditioning system with Shraer. The technician that came out and met with us evaluated our old system and made the recommendation for new system. His name is Chris Payne. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to my wife and I. He spent the time to explain everything thoroughly and really went above and beyond with exceptional service. He is a real credit to your organization and represents Shraer very well! My wife and I are grateful to Chris and Shraer and look forward to having the installation of our new system very soon!
