The Schraer team is great! Chris, our tech, was professional and helpful. He explained everything he saw and answered lots of questions. Jake and Derek were also very helpful setting this up. Great company!

The service guy was great and straight to the point. He listened to what I said about what changed and when it was working and when it was not. It gave him the ability to eliminate what the issue was. At the end he went over a yearly maintenance program that would help me have peace of mind with the entire system not just the A/C
