I had a great experience with this company. The lady that answered my call was very nice. She had me scheduled on the spot for the following day which was important. Alex, the service guy, was friendly, respectful and professional. He was very knowledgeable in his field. I asked soooooo many questions and he answered all of them. He got the job done quicker than I expected. Just a cool dude overall and excellent service. I highly recommend this company.
Absolutely EXCELLENT SERVICE! From the initial call to schedule to moving us around a couple times to get seen sooner - just top notch! Justin was fantastic and really busted his butt working in this terrible heat! Got us up and going in less then an hour and was very thorough with diagnosis, explanation, and execution. Thank you Schraer, our #1 HVAC company for sure!

I had a very pleasant and positive experience from me calling the office for service (sorry I forgot your name ma'am) and Justin Burke, technician was a professional and polite young man from phone call asking if it was ok for him to come earlier, explaining problem and cost, getting air conditioner working in a timely manner to putting the garden hose back better than he found it. Thank you both!!
Saturday service. Here in under an hour. Technician problem solved step by step, explaining everything as we went, giving me options that made it clear this company is in it for the customer, not just for the buck. I like that these days and this is consistent with service with them in the past.

Schraers heating and cooling has been servicing my unit for a couple of years now. In fact Schraers put the original unit in back in 1997. I decided when we were having the expected issues of this age unit that it was time to call in Schraers. Their techs came out confirmed my thoughts and decided to speak with them about the new unit. Jake was here the same day spent time going over all of my options
Options in units and pricing. He took his time he was very patient and understood my needs and concerns financially.
Jake found the unit and pricing including warranty that I was comfortable with and it ended up being a larger unit !
When the techs Alex and Josh came the very next morning at 8am sharp as promised, they were polite, respectful and efficient! Alex, was especially helpful as he explained everything they would be doing, wanted to know if I had any questions before they got started, and he even told me an estimated time on completion which was spot on!!
Alex then explained the unit to me how and when to change my filters , showed me pictures of my air ducts, explained my new thermostat to me and ended it with, " do you have any further questions "?
As you can tell, I am more than pleased. I will absolutely be letting everyone know that needs a new unit or their existing unit serviced to call Schraers. Who doesn't love a company that stands behind their word?! Proofs in the pudding' and with Schraers heating and air, you get the proof by the spoonful!!

Chris was amazing. He was fast, respectful, and didn't waste my time. He listened to what I had already tried, took me seriously, and got straight to work. He was super courteous and clearly knows what he's doing. The pricing was great, and I'm thankful he suggested the maintenance plan to help prevent future issues. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt confident moving forward. I'd definitely call him again. I really appreciate the honesty and efficiency!
