Daniel, the technician was very friendly and courteous. He introduced himself as soon as I opened my door to greet him. He fixed my furnace after he explained to me what was wrong and how much it would be to fix it. I would recommend Shraer Heating & Air.
Punctual and professional. Had all necessary equipment & parts to fully service my furnace & humidifier.
Very polite, explained what happened, and fixed it so now I have heat again. Fantastic response times. He was actually early and I wasn't back home yet. He waited since I wasn't far away and was on my way home.
furnace was popping the circuit breaker. Tech could see it was the condenser and was able to change to emergency power and the furnace worked, Will be contacted to determine what need to be replaced.
The employees were very polite and friendly and informative on the progress of the installation. They were very careful when they brought the GEO Thermal into the house. They did not want to damage the hardwood flooring. They also placed a tarp on the floor to protect the floor and rug from any debris from their shoes when they came up from the cellar.
The office staff was also as friendly and polite.

We have used Schraer for servicing our geothermal system for many years now. Whether it be an emergency or a routine maintenance call, they have always been polite and honest about any issues they come across and they take the time to answer all our questions. I highly recommend them! Our recent technician, Greg, was very pleasant and knowledgeable!
Tech was actually earlier than estimated time which was nice. He was able to diagnose my issue and a warranty part ordered before left. Service call cost was reasonable so I'm quite happy with the service.
