Chris came out and inspected our air-conditioner from a recent hail storm. He was very thorough and explained the damage to me thoroughly. The unit suffered significant damage and will be working with insurance company for a replacement. I highly recommended them to anyone who is having any issues with both their heating or cooling systems.
I used Schraer for the purchase and installation of a new HVAC system for my home renovation and could not be happier with the results! Bill was professional, prompt, and very easy to work with. He was even able to answer questions about my system off hours. I would use them again and have recommended them to others who need HVAC services in the area.
Our furnace blower went out and thankfully Schraer Heating & Air Conditioning saved the day. Chris the technician figured out the issue quickly, ordered the parts that were needed and installed everything necessary for our furnace to work again. Excellent work and Excellent customer service!!!

Always have prompt service, customer service ladies are pleasant to speak with when scheduling appointments. Techs are respectful, and will explain in detail what is needed to be fixed. We are going on 3 years having service done at all 4 complexes by Schrear never had to call back on same job.
