Company #1 said replace entire furnace, $5000. Schraer said no, just replace the blower. Saved me a lot of money!

90° Today - A/C stopped working.
I called the company that I have a service plan with, the earliest they could come out was Monday.
Schraer gave a presentation at my CBRG office, on the 3 Mustache Service they offer. So I called them. They were at my house within the hour, discovered fan motor was out, called on my warranty, gave me the good news that it would be covered, ordered the part and said, we will notice you when the part arrived. WOW! Now I call that service.
Warren was our technician he's was very courteous and professional did the job and actually improved on the set up I had on my hot water heater
I have always used Schraer for servicing my HVAC system. Whether it be an emergency or a routine maintenance call, they have always been polite and honest about any issues they come across and they take the time to answer any questions I may have. Highly recommended - my AC went out on a humid, 94-degree day. Schraer had a tech out in barely an hour. The tech (Shawn) was friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptionally competent. He promptly had the issue diagnosed and fixed and clearly explained the problem and solution, all for a very reasonable price.

Have used them quite a few times. Every time we've had a problem they always get here within a day or 2. They are always professional.
