Called and was greeted by a friendly voice and she was able to schedule a time rather quickly. Was expecting to wait a few days. Within 2 hours Daniel the repair guy had it diagnosed and working. This is second time I have used Schraer and have not been disappointed.
Ray was a good guy. Worked hard and throughly and solved the problem. Came as soon as he could.

The technician (Daniel) did a great job cleaning my AC unit. He took it all apart and brushed it off, then he rinsed it thoroughly. It was pretty dirty. He gave me a plan to check the coolant for a slow leak on the next visit, keeping me within my warranty. I really appreciate that.
