I am building a custom home and out of all the contractors I've had to work with so far, Schraer was by far the best. I got to work with Bill, and couldn't be happier about that! He did an amazing job designing and laying out a great system and his install looks so professional I hated to cover any of it with drywall! The Lenox heat pump he chose is working great and I can't believe how low my electric bill is with it. I would highly recommend Schraer to anyone needing HVAC work done!
I called Schraer Heating and Air Conditioning to come and inspect my air conditioner from the resent hail storm. Chris arrived on time and inspected the unit very thoroughly. He took the time to explain the severity of the damage to me. I have contacted my insurance company about the damage. I will most definitely be using them when we replace not only the air conditioner but our furnace. Chris was a great technician and highly recommended this company.
Chris came out and inspected our air-conditioner from a recent hail storm. He was very thorough and explained the damage to me thoroughly. The unit suffered significant damage and will be working with insurance company for a replacement. I highly recommended them to anyone who is having any issues with both their heating or cooling systems.
