Came out the day I called for my ac. Didn't have the part but put on a temporary part until they get the right part in! Roy was very professional about it and worked to get us cool!
Our AC went out on a Sunday, of course, but it didn't take any time at all for Daniel to get there, diagnose the issue, and get it all fixed. They will be our go to for heating and cooling from now on.
After having a different company come and put a bandaid on our AC problem (thinking they fixed it), Chris from Schraer quickly identified the real issue and did all he could to fix it in the same day! Great service! Thank you guys

Schraer was recommended as an authorized service repair for my mini split units. I got an appointment within a couple days, the communication was timely, I was notified when the tech was on his way, and the invoicing was efficient. Chris was knowledgable and did a thorough investigation of the issues, fixed what he could and gave options on what nexts steps should be. I highly recommend this company!
