Great service. Excellent problem solvers.
We just had our Spring maintenance HVAC appointment. As always, Schraer does an acceptional job! Cole notified us of a few affordable upgrades we could make to ensure our air is the cleanest it can be for breathing. We will continue using Schraer for our heating and cooling needs and upgrades!
They were great! Silver our issue and were very timely and respectful, we had Cole and he was great!
All I can say is UNBELIEVABLE in the past five years or maybe even more I have had three or more different services and always felt that I was being taken advantage of. I can honestly say I have been very very pleased with Schraer HVAC Company, started late 2025 they came out and it's been nothing but amazing very fair every service Teck has done above and beyond what I have expected. Anyone who is possibly looking for a new HVAC company you have to give them an opportunity to show you how good of a company they are. Cole is a great tech Alex is amazing each one of their staff members that's been here has done above and beyond.

Both of the gentlemen that came to the house were very respectful clean-cut and very honest about everything my mother is 68 years old they helped her figure out what was wrong with her AC and her furnace and offered to replace the problem and they were just all around awesome

Wonderful service. Quick and efficient. Ben was wonderful and so kind. He explained everything he was doing and what was happening. They had a cancelation and got me in even sooner than originally expected. Wonderful experience all around.

Chris Payne was our tech and he did a great job of explaining his maintenance routine and summarizing the status of our system. He is skilled and always considers what is best for us.
