Great experience. I just had full HVAC replacement with a heat pump. Alan came to my house last week and presented me with a lot of options across a wide range of prices. He took the time to explain the features and differences between all of the options, with clear pricing and no hidden costs. I was able to choose the system I wanted without pressure and Alan got me scheduled for install 4 days later.

Dave and Luke showed up on time today and installed the system. They were very professional and absolutely great to work with. They went through the entire system with me afterwards and made sure I understood how to use and maintain everything. All areas they worked in were left completely cleaned up and I am very happy with the installation and workmanship. Thank you very much! This is exactly how all companies should do business.

We just had our Spring maintenance HVAC appointment. As always, Schraer does an acceptional job! Cole notified us of a few affordable upgrades we could make to ensure our air is the cleanest it can be for breathing. We will continue using Schraer for our heating and cooling needs and upgrades!

All I can say is UNBELIEVABLE in the past five years or maybe even more I have had three or more different services and always felt that I was being taken advantage of. I can honestly say I have been very very pleased with Schraer HVAC Company, started late 2025 they came out and it's been nothing but amazing very fair every service Teck has done above and beyond what I have expected. Anyone who is possibly looking for a new HVAC company you have to give them an opportunity to show you how good of a company they are. Cole is a great tech Alex is amazing each one of their staff members that's been here has done above and beyond.
